We are looking for an enthusiastic HR Assistant for our headoffice in Hendrik-Ido-Ambacht!

We are looking for an HR Assistant to expand our team.

What does your job as HR Assistant at Florensis entail?

The HR team consists of an HR Manager, an HR Business Partner, an HR Generalist, an HR Assistant and a Salary Specialist.

  • You are, together with your colleague HR Assistant, responsible for the entire HR administration;
  • You support the HR Manager and HR Business Partner;
  • You are the first point of contact for all our employees;
  • You submit changes for the payroll administration;
  • You have a critical look on our processes and think about how to optimize them;
  • You contribute to the implementation of new policies and/or HR instruments.

About you

  • Working and thinking at HBO level;
  • You are in possession of an HR related diploma;
  • At least 3 years of work experience in personnel and payroll administration;
  • Knowledge of Exact is an advantage;
  • Proficiency in Dutch and English language, spoken and written, German is an advantage;
  • Accurate, organizational skills and communicative;
  • You know how to set priorities and are strong with figures;
  • Excellent knowledge in Word and Excel.
