We are looking for an enthousiastic Operator at our high-tech production location in Dinteloord!

Your role as an Operator at Florensis
In this dynamic role, you truly make a difference. You’ll work in a small dedicated team, you’ll ensure that our advanced cutting robots perform at their best. With your attention to detail, technical expertise, and precision, we’ll achieve outstanding results together — both in quality and production.
Your responsibilities include:
Setting, monitoring, and adjusting robots and installations;
Performing maintenance to ensure smooth operation;
Identifying and resolving first-line malfunctions and analyzing more complex technical issues;
Recording notifications (e.g., defective parts) and maintaining simple administrative tasks;
Supervising and guiding temporary staff within the team.
About you
A completed vocational (MBO) education or equivalent work and thinking level gained through experience;
Proven experience or a strong interest in technical work;
A sharp analytical mind and a keen eye for quality;
A true team player;
Flexibility to work morning, afternoon, evening, and night shifts, including weekends during peak season;
Strong English skills; Dutch is a plus.
